EPE Foam Tube Rod Extrusion Line is equipped with a single extruder, economical extruding system for the production of extruded expanded cellular Polyethylene foam pipe and rod consisting of innumerable closed cell from low density Polyethylene, using Butane, eco-friendly blowing agent and other additives.

EPE Foam Pipe, Tube, Rod Extrusion Line produces qualified expanded cellular PE foam Tube ,and Rod by butane gas foaming method with several materials like GMS(Glycerin MonoStearate---Surface Active Agent), Talc, etc. and providing the controlling systems of each parts by automatic systems.

I. Applications of product:

---Non cross-linked closed cell polyethylene foam tube for plumbing, pipelines, heating, refrigeration and air conditioning insulation.
